Terms + Conditions Delivery Provided all items are in stock we aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please note that during busy periods we endeavour to inform all customers should there be a delay. Please note that stock replenishment can take up to 6 weeks due to the hand made nature of many of our pieces. Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 for goods up to 20 kilograms. Orders from 3 to 10 kilograms will be charged a bulk carriage rate of £25 which will be added automatically when you order that item. For details of overseas delivery charges please email post@manoninteriors.co.uk. We aim to get back to you with a shipping quotation within 48 hours. Returns If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then supply an address for returns. Items should be returned in their original condition within the 7 day returns policy. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We regret that vintage, lighting and special order items may not be returned unless faulty. Gift Wrapping All orders come individually gift wrapped. Please call or send us an email if you wish to include a message with your parcel. Vintage Our vintage collection is integral to the whole ethos of Manon so we had to include it in our website. Stock changes regularly so please call us before you fall in love with a certain piece. It is also impossible to include a delivery charge for our large or fragile items so please call 0844 879 4817 for a delivery quotation. Even Smaller Print All photos, prices and measurements are guides and are correct at time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment, until then Manon Interiors retains full legal and equitable title of goods. We do not under any circumstances, accept liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure. Your statutory rights are not affected.
